本實用新型提出一種貯箱液路過濾器濾芯，使過濾器濾芯精度、表面質量及抗壓能力均達到産品規格要求，且能夠保證過濾器濾芯質量的穩定性及焊縫質量，包括濾芯内環、濾芯外環和濾層，濾層為采用多層不鏽鋼方孔網疊層後過拉伸形成的帽型濾層，濾芯内環和濾芯外環均固套在濾層的帽沿處；在所述濾芯内環外端面的外邊緣處設有第一環形工藝台階，在所述濾芯外環外端面的内邊緣處設有第二環形工藝台階，第二環形工藝台階的邊沿和第一環形工藝台階的邊沿齊平；第一環形工藝台階和第二工藝台階對接組合形成焊接槽，濾層的帽沿邊緣穿設在焊接槽内，在焊接槽内通過不鏽鋼焊料将濾芯外環、濾芯内環及濾層焊接在一起。
